Rudy Van Duppen

Chief Executive Officer

Rudy Van Duppen is the Chief Executive Officer of Goer Dynamics B.V. (Belgium). Under his leadership, the AURO-3D team continues to pioneer world-class immersive audio technologies, redefining how audiences experience sound in music, film, and gaming. His vision has driven AURO-3D’s evolution into a global reference for next-generation 3D audio experiences that unlock the full emotional potential of entertainment sound.
Before leading AURO-3D, Rudy served as Managing Director of Technicolor Belgium, where he also headed the company’s xDSL Business Unit, driving major advancements in broadband communication technologies. Earlier in his career, he held key roles at Alcatel, contributing to innovation in the telecommunications sector.

Bert Van Daele

Chief Technology Officer

Bert Van Daele serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Goer Dynamics B.V., where he continues to drive innovation at the core of the AURO-3D® technology suite. Since the inception of AURO-3D, Bert has been the creative and technical force behind the technologies that define the format’s unique immersive sound experience and support the company’s long-term vision.
Before joining AURO-3D, Bert began his career as an electrical and acoustical development engineer at Royal Philips N.V., where he gained extensive expertise in hardware and software development for audio products within the international consumer electronics industry.
With more than 25 years of experience, Bert has become a recognized authority in surround and immersive sound, contributing to various industry standardization bodies and frequently serving as a speaker and moderator at global audio conferences and events. His deep passion for music, sound, and innovation continues to shape the evolution of next-generation immersive audio technologies.

Iwan de Kuijper

Director Content and MarCom

Iwan de Kuijper serves as Director of Content and Marketing & Communications at Goer Dynamics B.V. In this role, he oversees the acquisition, production, and distribution of AURO-3D® content across all segments of the entertainment industry, while also leading the company’s global marketing and communication strategy. His work ensures that AURO-3D continues to inspire creators and connect audiences through truly immersive sound experiences.

Iwan graduated in 2001 from the SAE Institute (School of Audio Engineering) in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, and began his career as Licensing Manager at Black Hole Recordings. He later advanced to New Media Manager, specializing in digital music distribution, and eventually to A&R Manager, where he worked closely with artists and labels on creative development.

Before joining Goer Dynamics, Iwan also contributed to the gaming industry, collaborating with leading audio outsourcing partners to deliver innovative music licensing and production solutions. He subsequently joined Galaxy Studios, where his passion for high-fidelity sound and immersive technologies continued to grow—laying the foundation for his leadership in AURO-3D’s content and communication strategy today.
