3.7 Control Section

Your are in Control

The Control Section comprises a set of buttons that facilitate the addition of sessions to the Queue List, as well as the initiation, pause, or termination of all sessions already listed in the Queue List. The Control Section, with its buttons, provides a convenient and centralized means for managing the sessions in the Queue List, allowing for efficient control over the execution of tasks or processes in the software.

    1. Large ADD Button

This button facilitates the addition of new sessions to the Queue List, where a session typically comprises a combination of source, configuration, and output name. By pressing the prominent “ADD” button, a new session will be created and added to the Queue List, grouping together all the data from the currently selected and appropriately configured source, configuration, and output name.

    2. Large START Button

This button initiates the execution of all ready sessions currently listed in the Queue List. It triggers the commencement of the queued tasks or processes, allowing them to begin processing. It’s worth noting that up to four sessions can be processed simultaneously, ensuring efficient encoding. Once the first batch of four sessions is completed, the next batch of four sessions will automatically start processing.

    3. Large STOP Button

This button stops the execution of all sessions in the Queue List and immediately deletes all current progress. It temporarily suspends the progress of the queued tasks or processes, allowing for manual intervention or further adjustments. If the execution is resumed after stopping, the encoding process will start from the beginning again.

    4. Large PAUSE Button

This button halts the execution of all sessions in the Queue List. It temporarily suspends the progress of the queued tasks or processes, allowing for manual intervention or further adjustments. If the execution is resumed after pausing, the encoding process will start back from the last positions.
